What data, for what and on what basis

Enquiry via the guide or form: name, phone, e-mail (optional), town, guide answers, note and photos of the bathtub (optional; we remove location data from photos). We use them to handle the enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange the installation - steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Referral programme: name, phone and e-mail of the referrer, and the account number when paying out. We use them to run the programme and pay the reward under its rules (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); payout records are kept as required by accounting law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Business partnership enquiry: company name, name, phone, e-mail, town and message - to reply to the enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Cookies and analytics

Necessary cookies: ik_geo (remembers the country choice, 30 days) and ik_cc (remembers your analytics choice, 180 days). Google Analytics loads only after your consent and we keep its data for 14 months. You can change your consent at any time via Cookie settings in the footer.

Who receives the data

Our web hosting provider, our e-mail provider (Google), our CRM and IT service provider and, with consent, Google Analytics - always only as far as their service requires. Google may transfer data to the USA under the EU - US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep the data

Enquiries without an installation: 3 years from the last contact. Customers: for the warranty period and the periods required by accounting and tax law. Referrers: while the programme runs and 3 years after the last payout. Bathtub photos: 1 year.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can withdraw your analytics consent at any time. If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.sk) or, in the Czech Republic, to the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
