How it works
- Choose an amount or an entry, a design and write a dedication.
- Pay by bank transfer. Once the payment arrives you get the voucher by e-mail to print or as a PDF.
- Within 6 months the recipient calls us or sends an enquiry with the code and books a date.
Voucher FAQ
How does the recipient redeem the voucher?
They call us at +420 771 622 212 or send an enquiry on the website with the code from the voucher - or scan the QR code on it. Together we choose the entry and a date.
What if the installation costs less than the voucher?
The rest can be used for services and accessories with the same installation, such as resealing the bath or a grab rail. We do not refund the rest.
What if the recipient misses the 6 months?
Only the booking has to be made by the date on the voucher; the installation can be later. If they miss it, contact us - we can extend the validity on request.
Does the discount combine with other offers?
The €150 discount with an amount voucher applies once per installation and does not combine with another coupon - if a better offer runs at the time of ordering, the better one applies. Services at half price with an entry apply with the voucher too.
Can I withdraw from the purchase?
Yes, within 14 days of ordering without giving a reason - via the “Withdraw from contract” form in the page footer. We refund the money to the account the payment came from.
