What the gift voucher is
Amount voucher: the voucher amount is deducted from the price of a bath entry or bath door including installation, and the recipient also gets €150 off the list price. Entry voucher: a bath entry of the chosen width (or a bath door) in the standard version including installation; the €150 discount is already included in the voucher price. Surcharges (e.g. the Slim-line version) and extra services are paid by the recipient.
Order and payment
The contract is concluded when the order is sent with the “Order with obligation to pay” button. Payment is by bank transfer to account SK04 1111 0000 0018 3446 8018 with the variable symbol from the order confirmation, within 14 days. Once the payment arrives we e-mail the voucher (to print or as a PDF) and a payment document. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 14 days.
Validity
The installation date must be booked by the date on the voucher (6 months from issue). The installation itself can be later depending on available dates. After expiry the voucher is no longer valid; we can extend it on request.
Redemption
The voucher is redeemed when ordering the installation - by phone or via an enquiry on the website with the code. One voucher applies to one installation. The €150 discount with an amount voucher applies once and does not combine with another coupon; if a better offer applies at the time of ordering, the better one is used. If the installation costs less than the voucher, the rest can be used for services and accessories with the same installation. The voucher is not exchangeable for cash and the rest is not refunded.
Transfer and loss
The voucher is payable to bearer - whoever has the code can redeem it. We will resend a lost voucher based on the order number.
Withdrawal
You can withdraw from the voucher purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion - using the “Withdraw from contract” form (link in the page footer) or by e-mail to info.jistykrok@gmail.com. We refund the money within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal to the account the payment came from; the voucher then becomes invalid.
Complaints and supervision
Complaints are handled at info.jistykrok@gmail.com. Consumer protection is supervised by the Slovak Trade Inspection (in the Czech Republic by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority).
